【摘要】:ThepresentStandard,"Projectbreakdownstructures",ispart2ofEN13290Spaceprojectmanagement-Generalrequirements.Inordertocreatethereferencesystemforprojectmanagementnecessaryforimplementationofaprojectandensureconsistency,theprojectisbrokendownintoaunique,orderlyandexhaustivemanner,toallowunambiguousidentificationoftheassociatedproductsandmodels,aswellasthetasksandresourcesnecessary.ThisStandarddefinestheprinciplestoberespectedforsettingup,usingandadaptingthebreakdownstructuresandimplementingthemintoaproject.Therequirementsspecifiedhereinapplyto,andaffectthesupplierandcustomeratalllevels,whenthecapabilitytodesignandsupplyconformingproductneedstobedemonstrated.Whenviewedfromtheperspectiveofaspecificprojectcontext,therequirementsdefinedinthisStandardshouldbetailoredtomatchthegenuinerequirementsofaparticularprofileandcircumstancesofaproject.NOTETailoringisaprocessbywhichindividualrequirementsofspecifications,standardsandrelateddocumentsareevaluatedandmadeapplicabletoaspecificprojectbyselection,andinsomeexceptionalcases,modificationofexistingoradditionofnewrequirements.
