【摘要】:ThepresentStandard,"Projectorganization",ispart3ofEN13290spaceprojectmanagement-Generalrequirements.ThepurposeofthisEuropeanStandardistodefinetheprojectorganizationstandardsrequiredtoprovidesatisfactoryandcoherentcontrolofspaceprojects.Therequirementsspecifiedhereinapplyto,andaffectthesupplierandcustomeratalllevels,whenthecapabilitytodesignandsupplyconformingproductneedstobedemonstrated.Whenviewedfromtheperspectiveofaspecificprojectcontext,therequirementsdefinedinthisStandardshouldbetailoredtomatchthegenuinerequirementsofaparticularprofileandcircumstancesofaproject.NOTETailoringisaprocessbywhichindividualrequirementsofspecifications,standardsandrelateddocumentsareevaluatedandmadeapplicabletoaspecificprojectbyselection,andinsomeexceptionalcases,modificationofexistingoradditionofnewrequirements.
