【摘要】:Thesetestmethodsareusedtodeterminethevariousstagesandratesofdrying,curing,andfilmformationoforganiccoatingsforthepurposeofcomparingtypesofcoatingsoringredientchanges,orboth.Thisissignificantinthedevelopmentoforganiccoatingsforvariousendusesandalsoforproductionqualitycontrol.1.1Thesetestmethodscoverthedeterminationofthevariousstagesandratesoffilmformationinthedryingorcuringoforganiccoatingsnormallyusedunderconditionsofambientroomtemperature.1.2ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.1.3Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
