【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandarddescribesastrategyforassessingandinterpretingtheriskofphysiologicalconstraints,orofdiscomfort,whileworkinginagivenclimaticenvironment.Itisapplicableinanyworkingsituationwithsteadyorvaryingconditionsoftheclimate,metabolicrateorclothing.ThisInternationalStandarddoesnotdescribeasingleprocedure,butastrategyinthreestagesthatcanbeusedsuccessivelytogaindeeperinsightintheworkingconditions,asitisneededtodrawthemostappropriateconclusionsabouttheriskinvolvedandidentifythebestcontrolandpreventionmeasures.Itisdefinitelyorientedtowardsthepreventionand/orcontroloftheseworkingproblemsintheheatorcold.Theriskofheatorcolddisordersand/ordiscomfortisthereforeassessedonlytotheextentthatitisrequiredtoreachthisgoal.However,usersmustcomplywithnationallegislationsthatmayrequirethatriskassessmentbeperformedmoresystematically.Asthestrategyisorientedtowardspreventionandthedesignoftheworkingconditions,itconcernsanaveragesubject.Atthelaststepofeachstageofthestrategy,interindividualdifferencesaretakenintoconsiderationthroughmedicalsupervision(intheshortterm)andsurveillance(inthelongterm).TheInternationalStandardsonwhichthisstrategyisbasedinclude,however,alreadysomedegreeofsafety,astheirlimitsand/orrecommendationstendtoprotectthemajorityofthefitworkers.
