【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardappliestomechanicalcontinuoushandlingequipmentusedinopencastligniteminesandtheparticularmechanicalcontinuoushandlingequipmentused:?toconveyligniteoroverburdenfromopencastmines;?toconveyresidualsandtailingsfromligniteprocessingtoopencastmines;?toconveylignite,overburdenorlignitetreatmentprocessingresidualsandtailingsfromoneopencastminetoanother.Thisstandardappliestocontinuoushandlingequipmentoperatingindelimitedsiteareasthatareoff-limitstothepublicandaccessibleonlytoauthorizedpersons.Itspecifiesthesafetyrequirementsforstationary,mobileandshiftablecontinuoushandlingequipmentdesignedtotransportbulkgoodsbycontinuousmovementfromaloadingpointtoadischargepoint.Thestandardconsidersthesignificanthazardsthatariseduringtheuse,movementandshiftingofcontinuoushandlingequipment,aswellasthemeasuresforeliminatingorreducingthesehazardsprovidedthecontinuoushandlingequipmentisusedasintendedandtheremainingriskisforeseenandtakenintoaccountbythemanufacturer.AcompletelistofallthehazardsspecifiedinEN1050isgiveninAnnexA(normative).Therequirementsofthisstandarddonotapplytoequipmentandsystemsmanufacturedandputintooperationbeforethepublicationdateofthisstandard.Thisstandarddoesnotcover:a)safetyrequirementsofwirelessremotecontrolsystems;b)hazardsgeneratedbynoise;c)hazardsgeneratedbyvibration;d)hazardsgeneratedbyexplosion;e)hazardsgeneratedbyelectromagneticinterference(EMC).NOTEDirective94/9/ECconcerningequipmentandprotectivesystemsintendedforuseinpotentiallyexplosiveatmospheresandDirective89/336/EEC.relatingtoelectromagneticcompatibilitymaybeapplicabletoequipmentorcomponentscoveredbythisEuropeanStandard.ThisStandardisnotintendedtoprovidemeansofcomplyingwiththeessentialhealthandsafetyrequirementsoftheaboveDirectives.
