【摘要】:ThepurposeofthisEuropeanStandardistoexemplifycommonlyacceptedweldedconnectionsinpressuresystems.Itdoesnotpromotethestandardizationofconnectionsthatmayberegardedasmandatoryorrestrictdevelopmentinanyway.Stressanalysisrulesshouldbeconsideredifnecessary.Thisstandardcontainsexamplesofconnectionsweldedby:-Manualmetal-arcweldingwithcoveredelectrode(111);-Submergedarcwelding(12);-Gasshieldedmetalarcwelding(13);-Tungsteninertgasarcwelding;TIG-welding(14);-Plasmaarcwelding(15)processes(processnumbersaccordingtoENISO4063)insteelpressuresystems.Otherprocessesbyagreement.Thisstandardcoversweldedjointdetailsinsteel,butcanbeappliedtoothermetallicmaterials.Insuchcasestheshapeanddimensionsoftheweldshouldbechecked.Theestimationofthesuitabilityofweldedconnectionsforspecialserviceconditions,forexamplecorrosionandfatiguearenotspeciallyconsidered.
