【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandarddefinesthespecifictechnicalrailwayrequirementsforrunningofmachinesandothervehiclesusedforconstruction,maintenanceandinspectionoftrack,structures,trackformationandfixedelectrictractionequipment.ThisEuropeanStandardappliestoallrailboundmachinesandothervehicles–referredtoasmachines–runningexclusivelyontherailway(utilisingadhesionbetweentherailandwheels)andusedforconstruction,maintenanceandinspectionoftrack,structures,infrastructureandfixedelectrictractionequipment.ThisEuropeanStandardappliestomachinesthatareintendedtooperatesignallingandcontrolsystems.OthermachinesaredealtwithinotherEuropeanStandards,seeAnnexK.Specialrequirementscanapplyforrunningoninfrastructureswithnarrowgaugeorbroadgaugelines,linesoftramways,railwaysutilisingotherthanadhesionbetweentherailandwheels,road-railmachinesandundergroundinfrastructures.ThisEuropeanStandardcoverstherequirementsforsafetyandaccessofrailwaytraffic,railwayspecificrequirementsforrunningondifferentinfrastructuresinrelationtonecessarymovementsofthemachineasatrainandmovementstoreachworksites.
